Sample Development
Physical sample produced to approved specification. Colour Delta-E measured against swatch. Logo placement, construction, and sizing verified before bulk is released. Lead time: 10–15 business days.
Bulk Production & QC
Inline quality control at knitting, finishing, and packing stages. Delta-E colour measurement repeated on bulk dye lot. Sealed sample retained at factory as production reference throughout the run.
Packing & Dispatch
Packed to your specification — polybag, retail hang-tag, or gift box. OEKO-TEX certificate, QC report, and packing list included with each shipment. Pre-shipment inspection available on request.

GRS — Global Recycled Standard
Certifies recycled content and chain of custody from rPET or rNylon source to finished product. Available on recycled acrylic and polyester constructions. Transaction certificate provided per order for retail labelling and ESG reporting.
Delta-E Colour Report
Spectrophotometer measurement report comparing production colour to approved swatch. Issued at sample stage and repeated on bulk dye lot. Essential for team kit and multi-item retail programmes requiring cross-item colour consistency.
