Does WeaveEssence handle export documentation for customs clearance?
Yes. All standard export documents are prepared by WeaveEssence: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, OEKO-TEX certificate and HS code classification. DDP orders include import clearance management to the buyer’s destination warehouse.
What is the lead time for a rush custom scarf order?
Rush bulk production is available for select standard constructions at a 15โ20 day timeline (versus standard 25โ35 days). Rush orders require a pre-approved sample or signed spec sheet at order confirmation โ no sample revision cycle is possible on rush programmes. A rush surcharge applies.
What payment terms are available?
Standard terms: 30% deposit at order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment. T/T (bank transfer) is standard. For buyers with established accounts (3+ completed orders), extended terms may be available. Letter of credit (LC) accepted for orders above USD 30,000.
